Inside Sales Representative - Dutch Speaker

nLighten is a European platform of distributed edge data centers, designed to meet the growing demand for AI, 5G, and hybrid cloud deployments. nLighten's current footprint is 34 data centers in 7 European countries, with the ambition to grow to 100 sites during the next 3-4 years. We are seeking a driven and process oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our CORE+ markets, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, and Switzerland , while also assisting our regions in Germany , France , and the UK . Based in the Netherlands, you will collaborate closely with our Head of Sales Core+ Markets and work cross-functionally to strengthen to strengthen client relationships , manage internal sales processes , and support campaign execution . You'll be a key contributor to reporting and forecasting activities and help drive our success in the dynamic world of data center infrastructure. Support global Account Managers in nurturing and managing existing customer relationships. Own and coordinate client communications, meetings, and touchpoints to ensure high service quality. Sales & Campaign Execution Conduct direct outreach as part of sales and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Technical Operations, Finance) to deliver client-ready solutions. Monitor internal workflows and proactively propose improvements to streamline the inside sales cycle. Maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce and generate reports to support forecasting and pipeline visibility. Provide structured updates to the Head of Sales Emerging Markets and other internal stakeholders. 1-3 years of experience in a sales- or customer-facing role. Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus. Make an impact supporting top-tier clients and sales teams across Europe.
