Dublin Fully Onsite €42,000 + Bonus 12-Month Contract

We're partnering with a global technology organisation to hire a German-speaking Inside Sales Representative to join their growing SMB sales team in Dublin.

This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll work with small and medium-sized businesses, understand their challenges, and recommend technology solutions that support their growth. From prospecting through to closing deals, you'll own the customer journey while working in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

What you'll be doing

• Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach
• Qualify prospects through consultative conversations
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Build strong relationships with SMB customers
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain an accurate pipeline using CRM tools
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience

What we're looking for

• Fluent German and English
• 2+ years' experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or SMB Sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A consultative sales approach with a passion for technology
• Experience selling SaaS, digital solutions, cloud, or technology products is advantageous
• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM is beneficial
