Quantium Health UK delivers AI, analytics, and digital consulting services and products to clients across Health, Life Sciences and HealthTech. Our purpose is to harness the power of data and drive improved outcomes for patients and clinicians. As a Lead Consultant, you will drive our incubator team focused on developing innovative use cases that will transform healthcare delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a strategic initiative that will have significant impact across the UK healthcare landscape.
How will you make an impact?
- End-to-End AI Consulting: Drive healthcare client engagements from project scoping through to delivery oversight and value realisation
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage solution delivery, providementorship and fostera culture of excellence
- Develop Trusted Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across client organisations
- Drive Innovation: Collaborate with our key healthcare partnersto develop innovative products for large-scaledeployment
- Business Development: Identify opportunities and create compelling proposals that address client needs
The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team:
- Healthcare Expertise: 7+ years of experience in consulting, with substantial focus on data science or analytics projects in healthcare or related sectors
- Consulting Leadership: Strong track record in client-facing roles, including managing expectations, leading workshops, and delivering strategic recommendations
- Strategic Problem Solver: Proven ability to translate complex healthcare challenges into structured analytical approaches and AI solutions
- Relationship Builder: Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build trusted advisor relationships with senior client executives
- Technical Literacy: Understanding of data science and AI applications within healthcare contexts
