Job Title: Inhouse Senior Recruitment Consultant- Non Sales


Location: Based in Coleshill and on-site at Hillingdon Council Hub (2 days per week)


Salary: £33,000 + 2,000K KPI


Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday


Contract Type: Permanent

As an in-house Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will manage and deliver seamless end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, build strong relationships with clients and candidates and support the growth and development of your team and expand of our public-sector contracts.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business needs.

  • Manage end to end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand resourcing requirements.

  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice standards.

  • Promote the company as an employer of choice across relevant channels.



What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in recruitment and client service delivery.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven insights.

  • Project planning and performance monitoring experience.i>
  • A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach.



Qualifications

  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths (Grade C+ desirable).
