Inhouse M&A Manager

Location: Dublin (remote, but must be Dublin-based) Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 (or € equivalent)

A leading international vertical market software (VMS) group is expanding its in-house M&A team and is looking for an ambitious M&A Manager / Senior Associate to drive origination and execution across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.

The group is known for its long-term "buy and hold" strategy and operates across sectors including healthcare, local government, and financial services. This is a high-impact role with strong exposure to founders, advisors, and senior leadership

• Originating opportunities and building relationships with Irish advisors and founders
• Managing relationships with shareholders, executives, and financial advisors
• Assessing the quality, performance, and strategic fit of software businesses
• Analysing and presenting information from potential targets
• Building valuation models and supporting deal structuring
• Leading and supporting end-to-end M&A execution

• 2+ years' experience in IB, M&A advisory, TS, corporate M&A, or PE
• Strong analytical, technical, and financial modelling skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• A proactive, relationship-driven approach - especially within the Irish market
