You will work at the heart of the data: ingestion, provision, as well as performance, reliability, and traceability. You will evolve in an environment where data serves concrete and measurable decisions, with strong proximity between the business, product, and development teams. You will directly contribute to high-impact products in a human-sized structure.Main responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain data ingestion, processing, and provision pipelines.- Ensure the quality, consistency, and traceability of data across the different layers of our systems (controls, monitoring).- Model data and design schemas tailored to analytical needs and heterogeneous data sources (internal, client, industrial systems).- Optimize the performance of processing and queries on large volumes of data.- Participate in setting up and evolving the infrastructure (storage, observability).- Design stable and secure APIs, in line with the needs of internal and product teams.- Collaborate in technical design and architecture reviews and resolve issues related to data flows (incidents, quality, performance).- Adhere to best practices (testing, CI/CD, versioning).Profile We are looking for a passionate Analytics Engineer about data intelligence serving the industry, capable of building robust pipelines and transforming complex data into valuable insights.- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in engineering/analytics engineering or a related field.- Very good mastery of SQL and good mastery of Python (or equivalent).- Solid foundations in data modeling (schemas, dimensional models).- Good understanding of modern architectures (data lake, warehouse, ELT/ETL).- Experience with at least one database and understanding of NoSQL/search approaches as needed.- Proven knowledge in cloud environments and containerized infrastructure.- Good command of Git and workflows to produce and document clean, structured, and maintainable code.- Rigor, autonomy, reliability, and team spirit.- Strong interest in the industry and industrial performance issues.Technical skills: - Python, SQL (very good mastery).- Databases: PostgreSQL (or equivalent).- Data modeling: dbt (or equivalent).- BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Looker (ability to produce/maintain models).- Containerization: Docker.- Version control: Git (code review workflows).Nice to have:- NoSQL/search databases: Elasticsearch (or equivalent).- Container orchestration: Kubernetes.- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI (or equivalent).- Cloud: experience with at least one cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).- Knowledge in Machine Learning and MLOps.- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.- Sensitivity to security requirements (ISO standards).- Knowledge of SAP or industrial ERP systems.Why join us?
