Infrastructure Team Lead

Evolve ERP are working with one of our key manufacturing clients in the UK, that is having a huge growth spur within their industry. They are going through a huge re-structure within the IT department, seeking a newly opened position for an Infrastructure Team Lead.

You'll manage a team of 6 technical specialists, act as the SME for infrastructure, endpoint and security, and ensure the reliability, performance and continuous improvement of their IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of IT engineers, providing technical escalation and guidance.
• Oversee daily support operations including ServiceNow tickets, Active Directory, and endpoint deployment.
• Manage and optimise infrastructure across Servers, storage, networks and security in collaboration with Group/Corporate IT.
• Ensure system uptime, proactive monitoring, and effective disaster recovery and backup processes.
• Implement and refine ITIL-based processes for incident, problem and change management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce incidents.
• Deliver upgrades, migrations, deployments and other IT projects.
• Conduct security and compliance audits and prepare monthly performance and project reports.

This is a hybrid role onsite in Coventry 4 days p/w with 1 day working from home. Salaries up to £70,000 base + a 12.5% bonus and great benefits including high pension and other great benefits and incentives.
