The Role

Join the Tech Team Powering the Future of Automotive

Role: Infrastructure Project Manager
Location: Leeds or Manchester Hybrid

At Cox Automotive, we're transforming the way the automotive world does business. And behind our powerful digital platforms and connected products is the Product & Technology Group (CAPTG)-a dynamic, collaborative team delivering world-class technology solutions across the UK and Europe.

We're now looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex and exciting infrastructure projects that keep our tech engine running.

About the Role

As our Infrastructure Project Manager, you'll take the wheel on critical projects-from network upgrades and data centre migrations to physical infrastructure installations and site operations. You'll work cross-functionally with technical experts, stakeholders, and business leaders to deliver smart, scalable solutions on time and within budget.

You'll be joining a tight-knit function made up of Service and Infrastructure pros who thrive on collaboration, innovation, and getting things done.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects-from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery.

Work closely with tech teams to ensure designs and implementations meet business and technical needs.

Own project timelines, milestones, and reporting. If it moves, you'll know about it.

Mitigate risks, solve problems, and keep stakeholders engaged throughout the journey.

Foster a culture of accountability, positivity, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

Proven experience managing infrastructure projects (think: networks, data centres, physical tech rollouts).

Strong grasp of IT infrastructure, project methodologies (e.g., PMP), and frameworks like ITIL.

A tech-savvy mindset paired with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

The ability to juggle competing priorities while staying cool under pressure.

A natural collaborator who brings out the best in teams, keeps things moving, and never loses sight of the customer.

Bonus points if you're certified (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) and have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Be part of a global leader in automotive technology.

Work on impactful, high-visibility projects.

Enjoy a supportive, forward-thinking culture that values innovation, flexibility, and work-life balance.

Collaborate with brilliant minds across Europe.

Grow your career in a business that's always evolving.

Ready to drive the future of infrastructure with us?

Apply now and make your mark.
