We're looking for a dynamic Infrastructure Team Lead to join a forward-thinking IT organization operating across Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong technical foundation in hybrid infrastructure and cloud technologies.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a regional infrastructure team, fostering collaboration, and service excellence.
• Oversee the administration of enterprise collaboration platforms and endpoint management tools.
• Provide expert-level support for infrastructure escalations and ensure system reliability.
• Drive cloud and on-premise infrastructure projects from planning to execution.
• Manage hybrid identity environments and support cloud compute/storage operations.
• Automate processes using scripting tools to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively address issues.
• Collaborate with global IT teams on strategic initiatives and infrastructure optimization.
• Promote security best practices and compliance across all environments.

What You Bring

• Proven experience leading technical teams in IT infrastructure or cloud operations.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and automation tools.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services, including Intune MDM/MAM, Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
• Know-how in AWS Services, Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), DNS, DFS, and Windows File Services.
• Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell) and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and DevOps practices is a plus.
