Infrastructure Engineer - MS Teams Shifts Focused - 6 Month Contract

We are supporting a major Dublin-based hospital on a large-scale workforce transformation programme centred around the rollout and optimisation of Microsoft Teams Shifts across multiple departments.

This project will play a key role in modernising workforce management processes, improving reporting visibility, streamlining rostering workflows, and reducing manual administration across the organisation.

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with strong Microsoft Teams Shifts experience to join the programme on an initial 6-month contract.

Contract Details

• 6-month contract
• Fully remote role
• Irish or UK-based candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Support the rollout and optimisation of Microsoft Teams Shifts
• Work closely with operational and technical stakeholders across the hospital
• Improve rostering, leave management, and workforce reporting processes
• Assist with automation and workflow improvements
• Support reporting/dashboard development using Power BI and SharePoint where required

Required Experience

• Strong hands on experience with Microsoft Teams Shifts
• Experience delivering workforce management / scheduling solutions
• Good knowledge of SharePoint and/or Power BI
• Strong Microsoft 365 experience
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
