Infrastructure Commercial Manager: Pre-Contract & Tendering

Airswift is seeking a Commercial Manager for a long-term infrastructure project in Glasgow. The role focuses on pre contract commercial activities across procurement, tendering and cost planning, working with bid, design and delivery teams in a hybrid Glasgow office environment.

Ideal candidates will have proven pre contract and tendering experience on major infrastructure, strong analytical and commercial skills, and familiarity with procurement strategy, tender evaluation and negotiation.
