Salary is competitive + £5,500, 10% bonus, private medical, and up to 6% matched pension contribution.

HomeServe is looking to recruit an Infrastructure Architect to lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and future-ready infrastructure solutions that underpin our major change programmes.

The role is based in our Walsall office where we work in a hybrid way with 2 days on site.

This role will:

1. Lead the development of high-level and detailed infrastructure architecture for complex projects across our business.
2. Manage multiple technical designs across a portfolio of programmes, ensuring alignment with our enterprise architecture and strategic roadmap.
3. Act as a key technical advisor in early-stage project planning, helping to shape solutions and contribute to business cases.
4. Collaborate with SMEs, vendors, analysts, developers, and stakeholders to drive the successful delivery of architectural solutions.
5. Ensure all designs meet HomeServe's principles, standards, and governance requirements.
6. Develop and maintain infrastructure roadmaps spanning hardware, OS, networking, and deployment tools.

You will work closely with project and programme leads, engaging with stakeholders from across the business and external technology partners.

What we are looking for:

• Experience across multiple IT disciplines such as infrastructure, application development, and network management.
• Proven expertise designing architectures using frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman.
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• A deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure components, SOA, and system integration.
• Experience within regulated industries (Insurance preferred) is a plus.
