We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer with a strong background in AI/ML and cloud architecture to join our Original Content Services group. You'll be part of a team responsible for building scalable, secure, and intelligent systems that support media workflows, metadata curation, archival policy, and distribution standards.

This role sits within a dynamic video operations environment, where we focus on delivering premium content experiences to a global audience. If you're passionate about entertainment, technology, and customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.

• Design and maintain cloud-based infrastructure to support media workflows using microservices architecture
• Manage IAM roles, S3 buckets, and VPC configurations for secure access control
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment
• Integrate LLMs and multimodal models (eg, text-to-video, object recognition) into production workflows
• Develop automation scripts for data processing and orchestration
• Monitor system health and performance using observability tools
• Contribute to AI-native data governance and ML Ops life cycle management
• Generate insights and reporting for onboarding and operational metrics

• Proven experience with AWS services (eg, SageMaker, Bedrock, Media2Cloud)
• Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation)
• Strong Python and Bash Scripting skills
• Familiarity with digital media supply chain workflows and codecs
• Experience with automation of ML pipelines across multimodal datasets
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across teams
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change
• Collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or media technology
• AWS certifications (Developer, Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, ML Specialty)
• Experience working in media management at studios or content platforms
