Information Technology Security Analyst

Our client

As an IT Security Analyst, you will join a global logistics provider specialized in international freight forwarding and end-to-end supply chain solutions. Our client operates across more than 20 countries in the EMEA region, servicing 70 locations.

You will become part of the IT Infrastructure & Security team, which is responsible for delivering secure IT services in an international context. This role supports various ongoing security operations and new initiatives, with a strong focus on administering the ISO27001-certified Information Security Management System (ISMS). You will also contribute to the design and execution of future security programs as a member of the Global IT Security Team.

Salary

A gross monthly salary of up €4.500,- to €6.000,- depending on knowledge and experience.

Our ideal candidate

• You have a higher professional education (HBO) level or equivalent thinking level;
• You have at least 5 years of experience in IT security operations;
• You possess broad knowledge of ISO27001 or other recognized information security frameworks;
• You are experienced in risk assessment, asset management, access control, and incident handling;
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken;
• You are available full-time (preferably 40 hours per week) and have a flexible mindset beyond the standard 9-to-5.

Your new work environment

As an IT Security Analyst, you will be part of an international team dedicated to protecting the organization's information and systems. You will work closely with IT Security Management, external consultants, and various departments such as Operations, HR, and Compliance.

In this role, you are responsible for maintaining the Information Security Management System (ISMS), applying security controls, and improving policies and procedures. You will respond to potential security incidents and contribute to the ongoing development of the cybersecurity monitoring framework. Additionally, you will monitor internal and external threats, report trends to management, and support vulnerability remediation efforts.
