Information Technology Project Manager

A client of ours is seeking an IT Project Manager (freelance) to join a dynamic team focused on shaping the future of customer experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your project management expertise within the IT industry while working with diverse teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and dependencies.
• Coordinate team activities and monitor project progress to ensure alignment with goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Mitigate risks and manage issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Regularly communicate updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Prepare documentation including project charters, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
• Technical Project but stakeholder management and migration is a must

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Safe).
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and MS Office Suite.
• PM , PMBOK, or Prince2 certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in Dutch, and English (written and verbal).

Preferred Skills:

• Someone with experience on big projects and large environments is ideal
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
• Experience with IT systems, software development, and SDLC.
• Proactive with a strong problem-solving mindset.
