About the role

Join a global organization at the forefront of digital risk and operational resilience. You will play a key role in delivering compliance with the EU's Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), particularly focused on business continuity and risk management. As part of a dedicated transformation program, your work will include:

• Leading the redesign and implementation of business impact analysis processes

• Updating and aligning business continuity policies, procedures, and frameworks

• Representing the risk function in an international, cross-functional project team

You'll operate within a highly autonomous, self-sufficient environment where risk management is integral to day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.

This role is open to both medior and senior professionals and is based in an international setting with colleagues across Europe, the US, and Asia-Pacific. English is the primary working language.

About you

• 5-8 years of experience in information risk, cyber security, or operational resilience

• Background in regulated industries, ideally large-scale enterprises

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; you know how to influence and when to push back

• Certified in information security (eg CISM, CISSP, CISA) or holding a relevant academic degree

• Familiar with standards and frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001/2, GDPR

• Solid understanding of business and IT architecture, process design, and risk frameworks

• Proactive, independent, and continuously seeking improvement
