Job Description

MCS Group is proud to be working with a growing software company supporting the construction and property sector across the UK & Ireland.

They're hiring an Information Manager to take ownership of documentation handover across multiple construction projects. This is a key role working closely with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure everything is delivered accurately and on time.

This role is perfect for a candidate looking for variety in a role as it is part project management, part document controller and part client facing consulting!

Hybrid - Dublin City Centre

What you'll be doing
  • Managing end-to-end handover documentation (Safety Files & O&M Manuals)
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients and project teams
  • Chasing, coordinating and organising documentation from contractors and suppliers
  • Ensuring all documentation meets compliance and quality standards
  • Running meetings and presenting final handover packs to clients
  • Managing multiple projects at once, keeping everything on track
What they're looking for
  • Experience as a Document Controller, BCAR Coordinator or similar
  • Strong organisational and task management skills
  • Comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders and chasing documentation
  • High attention to detail when reviewing and structuring documents
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Full unrestricted right to work in Ireland
