Influencer Marketing Lead - Chiswick - Up to £230/day - 6 month assignment - Hybrid
Robert Half are thrilled to be working with an exciting consumer brand in their search for an Influencer Marketing Lead to take ownership of influencer marketing across a portfolio of much-loved consumer brands.
This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how some of the UK's biggest brands show up in culture - building credible, authentic relationships with talent, creators and experts that drive conversation, advocacy and measurable business impact.
You'll sit within a leading Integrated Brand Communications team, working across marketing, social, PR, media, science, nutrition and corporate communications to make influencer marketing a truly integrated part of the wider brand ecosystem.
With responsibility for a multi-million-pound influencer marketing budget, this is a role where you'll have genuine ownership, influence and the opportunity to raise the bar for influencer marketing across the business.

- Job Title: Influencer Marketing Lead
- Pay: £215 - £230/day, DOE
- Location: Chiswick
- Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days onsite, 3 days remote
- Contract Length: 6 months
Responsibilities:
- Set the strategy: Develop and lead influencer strategies aligned to brand growth, culture and earned media objectives.
- Spot the talent: Identify, recruit and manage the right mix of talent - from celebrities and creators to micro-influencers and healthcare professionals.
- Lead campaigns: Own influencer campaigns end-to-end, from negotiation and contracting through to briefing, content delivery and reporting.
- Build relationships: Develop strong, long-term relationships with talent, agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Drive integration: Embed influencer thinking across social, PR, media and the wider marketing ecosystem.
- Measure impact: Own KPIs, reporting and optimisation, using data to grow Share of Influence and Earned Media Value.
- Raise the bar: Bring emerging trends, best practice and new ideas to continuously improve influencer marketing capability across the business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience developing and activating influencer marketing strategies aligned to business objectives.
- A strong understanding of the wider social, digital, influencer, earned media and content ecosystem.
- A performance mindset, with a genuine passion for testing, learning and optimising.
- Experience managing influencer campaigns from strategy through to execution and measurement.
- Confidence managing significant budgets and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience using influencer/social listening platforms such as Traackr, Sprinklr, Hootsuite or similar.
- Exceptional organisation and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, constantly evolving environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence at all levels.
- A naturally curious, culturally aware mindset - someone who understands what people are talking about, why it matters and how brands can authentically be part of the conversation.
