Job Overview

Position: Mining, Metal and Minerals Industry Principal (EMEA)
Location: London, UK / Paris, France / Madrid, Spain / Istanbul, Turkey (50% office time)
Employment Type: Full time
Hybrid working model - 50% onsite, 50% remote (arrangement confirmed during hiring)

Responsibilities
  • Increase AVEVA's penetration and market share within the industry value chain.
  • Build a strong ecosystem of executive level relationships with customers and partners.
  • Support numerous sales opportunities with industry specific information and expertise.
  • Identify business drivers, strategic trends and competitive threats, and influence industry response to enhance our value proposition.
  • Create value propositions, emerging use cases, and collateral for our products and solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred); STEM discipline highly desired.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of direct industry experience, with supporting operations or engineering roles in at least two relevant sectors.
  • High level of business acumen, professional written and oral communication skills, and proven ability to deliver executive level value statements.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Visionary mindset - a change agent and early adopter of technology within the industry.
  • Proven track record of Business Development in an industry vertical.

  • Successful consultative selling at the C level.
  • Deep knowledge of industrial software.
