Job Description

Our client is one of the biggest technological company in the world, and we are immediately looking for Industry Manager, Large Accounts (40 hours, hybrid) in Amsterdam.


All applicants MUST have full legal authorization to work in the EU region independently and be fluent in both spoken and written English language.


Offer

  • Temporary agency contract via Grafton for 40 hours with possible extension via the agency (not guaranteed)
  • Start date: ASAP
  • End date: 31 December 2025
  • Salary depending on experience: € 9.666,- gross per month based on 40 hours; since we do not have monthly payment system but weekly, this will be € 55,77 gross per hour. There is no travel allowance; salary is including travel expenses!

Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of Apps, Gaming and Entertainment domain combined with sales, online media and your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber thought leadership and advisory on client service, sales, research and business analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can be the game changer for their business growth.


As an Industry Manager, you will partner with clients and their agencies to develop digital strategies. You'll identify their business challenges and collaboratively shape solutions that drive their strategic initiatives demonstrating how Google products can enhance their online presence.


Responsibilities

  • Build sustainable relationships with leading clients of an industry.
  • Lead sales and own the quota of your Industry portfolio.
  • Analyze data, trends and client performance, and develop solid strategic client account plans that turn into action.
  • Collaborate and consult with major customers with the goal of extending relationships, increasing our coverage and optimizing the accounts. Work with Google product experts to develop and deliver innovative creative advertising solutions for our clients.
  • Work cross-functionally within Google and collaborate on projects to drive client success. Work closely with members of the Northern Europe LCS team to ensure successful implementation of clients investments.
  • Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with customers and to serve as an advocate at targeted events and conferences. Advocate for new product releases, both internally and externally.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in Apps, Gaming and Entertainment businesses, advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting or media specific industry.
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.
  • 5-7+ years of industry experience in digital advertising landscape.
  • Experience in advertising sales/marketing, working with advertising media agencies at all levels (C-Level through to daily practitioners).
  • Experience in building trusted relationships with Director and C-level stakeholders by developing strong understanding of client business and driving deep, data-driven insights.
  • Knowledge of key Google-related advertising products.
  • Outstanding communicator with the ability to align multiple stakeholders internally and externally to defined goals and deliverables.
