Salary: £13.50 - £14 an hour
Hours: Monday - Friday 07:30-16:30 (Early finish on a Friday)
Contract: Temp-to-Perm

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Industrial Sewing Machinist to join a busy manufacturing team producing high quality stitched products. You'll work with a range of industrial machines and materials, ensuring all items meet strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating industrial sewing machines to produce stitched components
  
  
• Working from patterns, drawings, and production instructions
  
  
• Completing repairs, alterations, and finishing tasks
  
  
• Maintaining a clean, safe workstation
  
  
• Meeting daily production targets
  
  
• Conducting basic machine checks and reporting faults

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as an industrial machinist
  
  
• Confident using lockstitch, overlock, or twin needle machines
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and consistent quality
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  
• Good time management and reliability
