What you'll do

• Lead energy and carbon audits across large industrial manufacturing sites, including detailed reviews of utility systems, manufacturing processes, and energy-efficient design.
• Own and drive Energy & Carbon Management programmes from both a technical and programme management perspective, delivering measurable cost, energy and carbon savings.
• Conduct Measurement & Verification exercises to IPMVP standards and develop statistical models to identify and quantify reduction opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Climeaction consulting team on full supply chain decarbonization - including Scope 3 - for complex industrial clients.
• Work directly with company directors to shape new services and products. This is a role with genuine input into where the business goes next.

What we're looking for

• Level 8 degree in Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years in industrial energy consulting or a comparable senior industry role
• Hands on experience with industrial energy auditing and Energy Management programmes
• Demonstrated ability to deliver client projects on time and on budget
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Full, clean driving licence

Preferred but not essential

• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Certified Energy Auditor (CEA)
• Lean Green Belt or equivalent continuous improvement qualification
• Own vehicle
