An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Industrial Disease Paralegal to join a well-established law firm in Manchester. This role offers the chance to manage your own caseload while working within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

The Role

• Manage and progress your own caseload of Industrial Disease claims
• Ensure files are handled in compliance with SRA Standards & Regulations
• Review legal documentation and prepare detailed reports
• Negotiate settlements effectively and efficiently
• Maintain accurate case records and file management
• Work to strict deadlines while managing a varied caseload
• Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues and third parties
• Provide high standards of client care throughout the claims process
• Work collaboratively within the wider litigation team

About You

• Experience as a Litigation Executive, Paralegal or File Handler
• Previous experience handling Industrial Disease claims
• Ability to manage your own caseload independently
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and legal knowledge
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and proactive approach to client service
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• IT and case management system proficiency
