About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Industrial Cleaning Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across industrial and commercial environments.

You'll work as part of a friendly, supportive team ensuring machinery, production areas, and facilities remain safe, hygienic, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out deep cleaning of industrial equipment, floors, and production areas
• Use specialist cleaning tools, chemicals, and machinery (training provided)
• Follow strict health & safety procedures, including PPE usage
• Complete cleaning schedules and maintain accurate records
• Work efficiently to meet daily cleaning targets
• Report any hazards, maintenance issues, or equipment faults promptly

What We're Looking For

• Previous industrial or commercial cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in busy, sometimes noisy or dusty environments
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive
• Willingness to undertake training (including COSHH and equipment training)
