St. Michael's House is a community based service in Dublin, Ireland, supporting people with disabilities and their families through a range of residential, independent, early, day and respite services. With 170 locations, it empowers 1,953 individuals and thousands of families, funded by the Health Service Executive (HSE), TUSLA and the Department of Education and Skills (figures from 1st May 2021).

Individual Giving and Administration Coordinator - Full Time, Fixed Term Post.
The role supports the St. Michael's House Foundation's fundraising strategy, overseeing individual giving, donor stewardship, community fundraising administration, direct mail campaigns, donor care, CRM administration and broader fundraising operations. Working closely with the Head of Fundraising & Donor Development and the CEO, the Coordinator ensures a high quality donor experience and smooth day to day administration of fundraising activities.
Essential Criteria for Applicants:
- Demonstrable experience in administration, customer service, fundraising support, or relationship based roles.
- An interest in fundraising, donor engagement, and the charity sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
- Good judgement and a proactive, hands on approach.
- Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills.
- Comfortable working collaboratively within a small team environment.
Essential Qualifications Required:
- Relevant third level qualification in business, marketing, communications, administration, or another related discipline.
- Relevant experience in administration, fundraising support, customer service, or a similar role.
Salary Scale: Successful candidates will be paid at €27,895 to €44,863 pro rata, depending on experience, based on a 35 hour week.
