Independent Form F Assessor for Fostering

Cambian is seeking independent, self-employed Form F Assessors to undertake Form F assessments for prospective Foster Parents. You will assess and prepare applicants, counsel out unsuitable ones, and prepare Form F reports for the Fostering Panel.

You will present assessments to the Panel, work independently to high standards within specified timescales, and must undergo enhanced DBS and provide two references.
