You'll be part of a kitchen that runs on structure and teamwork, where everyone knows their role when it gets busy. The kitchen focuses on high-volume service with a menu built for pace and consistency during busy lunch and dinner shifts. Outside of service, the setting is calm. During service, it's all about pace, coordination and delivering consistent quality. As an Independent Chef, you run your own section and make sure every dish leaves the pass according to set recipes and standards. Work according to fixed recipes and quality standards Contribute to a stable and well-coordinated kitchen team Several years of experience in a professional kitchen Experience with high-volume service or seasonal peaks You speak Dutch or English This role suits chefs who prefer clarity, pace and a structured kitchen environment.
