Inclusive Store Manager - Retail Leader in Claygate

Mencap in Claygate is seeking a Shop Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a busy store. The role involves managing paid staff and volunteers, driving sales, and maintaining high retail standards across a high-density shop.

The position is a 37.5-hour contract with regular travel to other M5 stores as required, based in Claygate. You will lead an inclusive team and be responsible for budgets, stock control and customer service.
