Academics are recruiting Inclusion Teaching Assistants to work in a supportive and welcoming primary school across Bracknell. • Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
• Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and participation in school life
• Support children's emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
• Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and specialist staff to help pupils achieve their individual goals

• A graduate with a passion for supporting children's learning and development
• A caring, patient, and resilient individual
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn
• Someone interested in building a career within education or SEN support

Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client's pay policy.
