The position of Incident Manager is based in the heart of Brussels. This role is pivotal in managing major incidents within a banking environment, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Skills and Experience Required:
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience as an Incident Manager, with a robust understanding of multi-platform IT architectures.
- Prior experience as an IMOD in a banking environment is highly advantageous.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience, is essential. ITIL certification is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of French and English, both orally and in writing. Basic knowledge of Dutch is optional but beneficial.
- Eagerness to learn about new technologies.
- Dynamic, accurate, and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer and results-oriented, with a focus on restoring services efficiently.
