Job Title: Incentives/Share Schemes Partner - Mid-Market City law firm

Salary: £170,000-£300,000

PQE Level: partner

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-Time

Our longstanding client, a fast growing and highly profitable mid-market City law firm, is strategically looking to recruit an existing partner or an ambitious senior associate (10+ PQE) seeking partnership. The team is ranked in directories and primarily works with private equity, asset managers and financial services clients alongside public and large privately owned companies.

• Transactional support - M&A, IPOs, MBOs
• Share plan and executive remuneration
• Long term incentive plans, management incentives, bonus plans

We are looking for an E&W qualified solicitor who is either an existing Incentives/Share Schemes partner or an ambitious senior associate with at least 10 PQE, looking for a direct entrant partner role.
