The rolePimloc is recruiting an inbound sales professional - the role focuses on managing automation tools to generate insights, identifying new opportunities, and handling calls to close SMB deals.
This position offers experience in sales operations and analysis, supporting the team, with opportunities to learn full sales-cycle selling in a SaaS environment. It's a chance to develop your commercial skills within a fast-growing, innovative sector.
This critical role connects inbound users, sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategies. We seek an analytical, proactive self-starter who is both tactical and strategic.
Responsibilities:- Product Qualified Leads (PQLs) and Sales Pipeline Analytics (40%)
- Lead routing and automation (30%)
- SMB revenue closing (20%)
- Cross-functional insights sharing (10%)
- Conversion of PQL to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) and growth in monthly SMB ARR
- Activation and retention from free to paid
- Lead-routing SLA and accuracy
- Quarterly adoption of product insights
- A self-starter comfortable working with people and data
- Experience with online data tools or quick learner (e.g., Salesforce CRM, PostHog, Userflow, Secure Redact App metrics)
- Interest or experience in commercial analysis and sales
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and insights generation
- Excellent communication skills, practical, proactive
- Interest in technology, automation, and AI
- Eagerness to learn and explore
- Fluent in English and available to work from London, UK
