Inbound Employee (2-shift schedule)

You start your day by scanning inbound shipments, checking quality, and ensuring accurate registration in the system. Next up: creating packing lists, coordinating with your team, and maintaining an overview of incoming goods. As an inbound employee, you're in control of the receiving process. You'll work in a modern warehouse, in a 2-shift system, alongside international colleagues. Structured, dynamic and full of variety.

Responsibilities

• Scanning and processing incoming goods
• Creating packing lists and completing registrations in internal systems
• Performing quality checks on inbound shipments
• Reporting any deviations or damages
• Using scanners and logistics software efficiently
• Supporting sorting, labeling, and physical handling when needed
• Ensuring smooth handover between shifts
• Actively contributing to process improvements

We are looking for

• Experience in a warehouse or administrative role
• Comfortable working with scanners and logistics systems
• Accurate, structured, and detail-oriented
• Good communication in Dutch or English
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
• Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and lifting
• Reliable and able to work independently
• A proactive team player
