We are looking for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance company based in East London.

Role: Team Leader - Inbound Call CentreTeam Leader - Inbound call centre
Location: Billericay / Basildon
Start: ASAP
Salary: 23.5k (1 year fixed term contract)
Team Leader required to supervise an established and growing team of call handlers receiving inbound calls from tenants with housing maintenance requirements.
