Neals Yard Remedies in Norwich is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our friendly store team. You will support the Store Manager to maximise sales opportunities, using a warm, caring approach to build lasting relationships with customers seeking skincare and wellness guidance.

You will share expert product knowledge, demonstrate routines and therapies, including mini-facials, and help customers find the best products for their needs while working in a lively team focused on excellent service.
