In-Store Experience Specialist Customer Assistant

John Lewis Partnership is seeking a Customer Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high shop standards in our Cambridge store. You will engage customers, apply product knowledge to drive sales and support day-to-day shop operations with a welcoming, can-do attitude.

You'll work flexible hours across seven days, with shifts such as 05:50-15:10 or 08:50-18:10, contributing to a team that values service, quality, and a supportive working environment.
