Job DescriptionThe Legal Counsel will be:
- Providing legal advice on contract matters
- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements, leases and policy documents
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and managing legal risk in operations
- Partnering with business, claims, operations and property teams to align legal strategy
- Leading improvements to templates, processes and governance frameworks
The Legal Counsel should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with relevant experience in commercial law
- Comfortable advising on contracts and compliance challenges
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, able to communicate complex legal issues clearly
- Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Familiar with governance, risk frameworks, or regulatory oversight
