In-House Employment Counsel - Hybrid (UK)

Howden is seeking an Employment Legal Counsel to join its expanding in house legal team. You will provide high quality employment law advice across the business, supporting HR and stakeholders on UK matters in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

You will handle day to day advisory work, drafting and negotiating contracts and policies, managing redundancies and TUPE, and liaising with external counsel as needed. A UK qualified solicitor with 4-6+ PQE is preferred.
