Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified lawyer in Ireland with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in commercial and residential property law.
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of managing own caseload and working independently or in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide practical legal advice on property, development, and commercial matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate property documents such as:
• Acquisition and sales agreements
• Leases, licenses, easements, development agreements
• Assist in managing construction and development documentation, including building contracts and consultant appointments.
