In-House Commercial Property Solicitor

Our In House Property Management Business client is seeking an experienced In House Commercial Property Solicitor to join their North London offices. The firm offers hybrid working (one day remote per week), a salary of up to £90,000 per annum, on site parking, early closing hours, and a range of additional incentives.

You will be joining a family owned business, acting exclusively for the firm's group companies, which hold a substantial property portfolio across London and the South East. The successful candidate will support and advise a busy commercial property management team whilst working within an established legal team of three solicitors.

Responsibilities

• Managing commercial leases for shops, offices, and industrial estate units.
• Handling 1954 Act business lease renewals (excluding litigation matters).
• Advising on land and title queries.
• Working independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with strong commercial property experience, particularly in commercial leases.
• A minimum of 7 years' PQE.
• Training and/or experience gained within a City or national law firm.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload.
