In-Home Autism Support Specialist

Believecare is hiring a Support Worker to support two autistic individuals in their own home in Preston. The role offers full-time hours with a 34.5 hour week plus sleep-in shifts. You will provide neuroaffirmative, person-centred support that respects autonomy and individual choices.

You'll work with a small team, focusing on listening, learning and adapting to each person's needs, preferences and goals while promoting dignity and independence.
