In-Branch Customer Relationship Advisor

Skipton Building Society is seeking a Customer Relationship Consultant at our Preston branch to engage customers, understand goals and present our savings range. You will guide conversations, deliver a warm service and support customers with their financial planning.

You will conduct My Review appointments in person, online or by phone, educate customers on products, and use internal systems to keep accurate records. A team oriented approach is essential.
