Implementation Manager

Airswift are currently recruiting for an Implementation Manager to play a key role in managing and operating the regional electricity grid efficiently across Belgium.

You will be specifically focussed on the reorganization of the RCC (Regional Control Centres) team and roll out of new tools which will assist with the management of the regional grid.

The position is to be based in Brussels at the client offices however there can be some flexibility on Hybrid working. The initial contract duration will be until the 31st January 2026 however there will be scope for extension.

Key tasks & responsibilities:

• Getting to know the RCC (& NetOp) processes in depth.
• Get acquainted with tools & processes already used within NCC including the larger end-to-end business processes from contractual information till settlement
• Lead the implementation needed in iCAROS & GuFlex processes for RCC
• Perform gap analysis between RCC and NCC (National Control Centres) processes

Requirements:

• Master's degree in engineering/engineering/science or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of relevant experience in implementing processes in IT tools as a Product Owner or representing a business department and/or operational change management
• You have an excellent knowledge of English and Dutch, and or French
• Knowledge of Python, VBA in Excel, PowerApps and/or PowerBI is a relevant extra.
