Implementation Consultant

Senior Implementation Consultant (Enterprise SaaS) Contract - Hybid - London

We re looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead the delivery of an enterprise SaaS platform for complex, global customers.
you'll take ownership of implementations end-to-end from discovery and solution design through configuration, go-live, and adoption acting as the primary point of contact for the client throughout delivery. 

What you'll do

• Lead enterprise SaaS implementations from kickoff to go-live
• Run discovery workshops and translate requirements into configured solutions
• Manage delivery using Agile methodologies (JIRA)
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders

What we re looking for

• Experience delivering multiple SaaS implementations in a customer-facing role
• Background in Implementation, Customer Success, Professional Services, or Delivery
• Comfortable working with tools like Salesforce, JIRA, and similar platforms
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
