Impactful LD Team Leader - Supported Living

Turning Point UK is recruiting a Team Manager to lead a small team across three services in Salford and Bolton. You will oversee a 37-hour hybrid role, guiding Lead Support Worker and Support Workers to deliver person-centred care for around nine adults with learning disabilities and health needs.

The role requires proven leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage rosters, finances, and risk within a not-for-profit framework. NVQ Level 4/5 is encouraged.
