Impactful Employment Specialist (IPS) & Inclusion

Triage is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to support individuals with health conditions, disabilities and barriers to employment. Based in communities around Sunderland, you will manage a caseload and work with local employers to secure meaningful roles that are sustainable and rewarding.

You will deliver 1:1 and small group supports within the IPS framework, coordinating with clinical teams and referral sources to maximise positive outcomes and social inclusion.
