Job Description
The role of the IMPACT Program Manager
Reporting to the Project Leader and based in Madrid, the main mission of the IMPACT Program Manager is to plan and coordinate programs, providing student support and overseeing all aspects of program logistics and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the smooth execution of ISDI educational programs (Acceleration, Corporate training, Masters and other Digitalent Group programs).
- Manage the courses' delivery, as well as reporting on relevant KPIs to monitor and guarantee a great learning experience.
- Be responsible for course development and program implementation.
- Administrative tasks using different tools and platforms such as the Learning Management System (Blackboard Collaborate), Google Apps (Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, etc), planning tools and CRM (Salesforce).
- Define Customer Support industry-based best practices, on both clients' evolution and learnings.
- Identify and empathize with customers' changing needs all along their training path.
- Warn the Learning Team about any urgent changes to apply to the learning process.
- Monitor key learning-related KPIs, such as NPS, as well as qualitative feedback.
- Proactively react to any issues happening prior, during or after the training.
- Analyze customer-based feedback and results to identify new business opportunities and operational improvements.
- Coordinate with the Sales/Business and Learning teams to identify any weakness in the Learning process, making sure customers' requirements are feasible and meet the expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelors' or Masters' degree in Business Administration, Economics, Education or a similar one preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills
- Methodical profile, detail-oriented with strong organization skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish, other languages will be a plus
- Identify trends and requests to improve the learning process
- Databases, CRM, LMS and other platform knowledge is desired
