Impact Management & Learning Lead (Hybrid)

Rethink Ireland is seeking an Impact Management & Learning Manager to join the Operations team. Based in Ireland with options for Dublin, Cork or Galway, the role leads how we measure and communicate impact, and coordinates across funds, programmes and internal initiatives.

You'll own the Impact Management Framework, develop data systems, deliver training, and drive learning through evidence, data automation and collaboration with colleagues, donors and stakeholders.
