Immigration Solicitor

Your day-to-day will be varied and substantive. You'll conduct detailed client consultations to assess eligibility and chart realistic legal pathways, prepare meticulously drafted visa applications and supporting evidence bundles for Home Office submission, review complex documentation (financial records, corporate structures, relationship evidence) with a forensic eye for compliance and authenticity, and draft grounds of appeal and skeleton arguments for tribunal representation. You may instruct counsel for higher-complexity judicial reviews or appellate matters, manage legal aid billing where applicable, and stay abreast of the constantly shifting Immigration Rules-a landscape that demands intellectual agility and a methodical approach to research.

We're seeking someone with genuine expertise in UK immigration law who can hit the ground running. You'll have the opportunity to develop deeper specialisms if you're drawn to particular areas-whether that's business immigration, family law pathways, or human rights and asylum work-and your contract can evolve based on firm needs and your own preferences.
