Imaging Administrator

Location: North London N6 4DG Imaging Permanent Full Time 37.5 hours Salary £26000

The Imaging Administrator role in the Imaging department involves building relationships with all third parties and associated healthcare professionals. It also ensures that all processes for the patient's journey are followed.

As an Imaging Administrator, you will:

  • Be a direct point of contact for all entering the Imaging department.
  • Provide a professional service for all clients, patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Ensure patients complete necessary paperwork prior to their appointment.
  • Forward all radiology reports to relevant referrers as soon as reports are available.
  • Update patient details on our administration systems.
  • Liaise with all consultants, GPs, consultant staff, referrers, and other departments within the clinic.
  • Deal with queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Book and register patients onto the internal booking system.
  • Make appointments via telephone, e-mail, fax, and in person.
  • Create patient accounts, raise invoices, and take payment.
  • Provide an efficient and courteous service for patients, visitors, and staff through good organisation and administration.
